This was a construction speck home and Keen Haus came into this project at the 75% completion point. There were several floorpan obstacles and significant wasted space.  Outlets were missing where needed.  Bed walls were not present and window placement made for creative furniture configurations.  Doors opened into each other and closets were framed too small for the sake of "open concept".  Let us take a moment to share a piece of wisdom... open concept does not have to equate to storage shortages or tiny closets.  This was the perfect example of why plan review is so beneficial BEFORE you build.  With a willing builder and a few modifications we were able to add outlets, reconfigure doors, change shelving, add cabinets and even screen in an outdoor living area.  Creekstone also offered us an opportunity to showcase our pool/spa design services.
