Sleep 10.  Seat 12 for meals.  Clothing space for 10. No dressers. Storage for beach gear and bikes.  No garage.  Keep shoes off the floor.  No mudroom.  Parking for 3 cars.  Do it all within 1,569 square feet.  This project took a lot of creativity and reworking.  Maximizing closet space, wall space and outdoor porch space was key to making this bungalow 100% functional.
