This residence was built in 2000 and had a great floorpan.  With an extra 144 square feet of accessible garage space it was relatively simple to push the existing laundry room out giving this family what they desperately needed - a mudroom/laundry room combo off the garage with an exterior entry.  The family also wanted a study space and an updated kitchen with a large island for big morning breakfasts.  With minor, yet intentional, structural changes and some keenly placed built-ins this remodel turned unusable space into prime living areas.
