This quintessential European flat had 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and just 146 square meters to work with (1,571 square feet).  The washer and dryer were contained in the single bathroom and only one bedroom had a built-in closet.  This flat was being redesigned for a family of 6 - zero remodeling allowed.  Capitalizing on the wide open main level allowed for some beautiful strategizing.  With added wardrobes, under sink storage and the utilization of wall space this flat quickly became one of our favorite Keen Haus projects to date.
