This custom 4,585 square foot home sits on a slab.  Built-in bookcases and customization of the space under the stairs were two key elements used to maximize square footage and still maintain an open feel.  Built in study spaces and split sinks in the master also increased livable floor space.  With our plan review we added a few finishing touches like a hidden door from the master closet to the laundry room and a doggie door in the laundry wall thus, accounting for even our furriest Keen Haus clients.
