This project had a lot of wants and desires to balance with immediate needs.  Garage with storage for beach gear, golf cart and bikes.  Laundry room on main.  Half bath on main.  Bedroom on main.  Kitchen and living on main.  3 stories max.  Beds for 16 with every bedroom having an ensuite bath.  Dining for at least 8 at a time.  No dressers but closet space for 16.  Extra linen storage.  Bonus room.  Driveway parking for 3 cars.  Fit it all in a space with a usable lot footprint of 60' x 60' and do not exceed 2,500 heated and cooled square feet.  This bad boy became one of the smartest most efficiently designed homes Keen Haus has ever done, accomplishing all of the above and closing out at 2,356 square feet.
